Booking Policy

• Rates are quoted in Philippine Peso per room per night.
• Standard Check-in time is 15:00H (3:00 PM) and Check-out time is 12:00H (12:00 PM).
• All guests are required to register and present a valid identification card upon check-in.
• A refundable incidental fee of PHP 1000 per room will be collected upon check-in. This fee will be refunded upon checkout, pending a room inspection by our housekeeping team to check for any issues. Any deductions from the incidental fee will be made in the event of any room-related concerns upon departure.
• Request for extension of this option date may be made subject to the prevailing occupancy of the Hotel. Our system will automatically release the reservation if a guarantee is not received within the agreed guarantee period. 
• PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT IF THE HOTEL DOES NOT RECEIVE A GUARANTEE, THE RESERVATION WILL BE RELEASED 30MINS AFTER THE INVOICE HAS BEEN SENT.
• Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• No Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive on the expected check-in date and time will be charged with the total amount of the reservation.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made within fourteen (14) days of check-in. We accept re-booking but must be arranged at least fourteen (14) days before your original checkin date. A request to change the date/move a reservation is considered a cancellation.

Alternatively, you can pass your booking/reservation to your friends or family. Please inform us ahead of time if there will be changes on the guest list names so we can prepare the required guest form for them. 

A rebooking and admin fee for refund of P500 applies.

Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Promotional Rates:

Discounted rates may be offered in various forms, including but not limited to:

• Promotional rates: Special offers and limited-time promotions.
• Loyalty program rates: Discounts for members of Urban Suites Tagaytay loyalty program.
• Corporate rates: Rates negotiated with corporate clients.
• Group rates: Rates offered to groups booking multiple rooms.

The specific discount and terms associated with each rate will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

• Provide valid payment information at the time of booking.
• Full payment may be required for certain dates. 
• Payment for the discounted rate will be processed according to the terms of the reservation, and any additional charges incurred during the stay (e.g., room service, incidentals) will be charged separately.
• Cooking inside the unit is not allowed in promotional rates. Cooking fee will be charged separately. 
•  Discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Senior Citizen and PWD Discount Privilege Provision:

1. The hotel complies with the Senior and PWD law of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. Holders of Senior Citizen/Person with Disability Identification Card must contact the reservation office directly to avail of the privilege. Please note that this privilege would only be applicable for Regular, Peak and Premium Rates.
3. Holders of Senior Citizen/Person with Disability Identification Card must present their IDs personally upon arrival to validate the discount entitlement.
4. The discount privilege would only apply to the room where the holder of Senior Citizen/Person with Disability Identification Card is registered.

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM and Check-out is 12:00 PM. Extension may be allowed subject to room availability.
• Please present a valid Identification Card upon check-in and completely fill in the Registration Form.
• A refundable incidental fee of PHP 1000 per room will be collected upon check-in. • Request for an early check-in may be accommodated, subject to room availability.  Late checkout is subject to room availability and extension charges may apply.
• Pets are not allowed.
• All rooms are non-smoking. Urban Suites Tagaytay is a no-smoking establishment.
• Firearms should be surrendered at the Front Desk in coordination with our Security Officer.
• Request for additional room amenities other than those set-up are available for a fee.
• Hanging or drying of clothes, towels and linens on windows or balconies is not allowed.
• All laws, ordinances, rules and regulations of all governmental bodies shall be implemented.
